To be completely honest, I never actually got this item. HOWEVER, the seller was very good at communicating (the driver was the one stealing packages) and offered me a full refund without second thought. Shame about the item, but I would still highly recommend this seller.

I like it and it is very easy to use and connects easily, but the audio quality is really poor. Poor enough that I have been thinking about opening up the case and damping the speaker or inserting some shielding or something to try and clear up the garbled/muffled sound. Overall I like it and call it a good deal but not my favorite. My husband and I bought one of these years ago so when I saw it for sale, I bought it for my daughter. She is thrilled to be able to talk in her car safely and hands free. All you have to do it set it up with your phone, turn it on and go. When a call comes in, press the large black area to talk and press it again when the call is done. Great Speaker
Best Bluetooth speaker I've used. We have 5 in our taxis and they are used at least 12 hours a day. This speaker has plenty of volume, regains a full charge in about an hour and the charge lasts for almost 2 full weeks between charges. Please don't mess with this design, it doesn't need fixing.
