It was well packaged, but still the focus knob got broken off in shipping. I contacted the seller and explained this and she responded in minutes. She told me she needed pics for the damage claim which I sent. I didnt time it but I know it was less than 3 hours and I was given a full refund! This seller gave me far better service than I could have hoped for or asked for. HIGHLY recommended! 5 stars because I cant give 10!
