I guess this laptop was owned by a company or school that locked it against public usage. The seller ought to have checked the condition of the laptop to confirm that the software was usable before selling, my wife is so sad about this. The laptop was delivered and came wrapped in cardboard honeycomb material and placed neatly inside a strong box. This alone deserved 10 out of 10 for due diligence. The laptop is an upgrade sold at a great price with some good new features which I'll need to get used to. Described accurately with very minor marks here & there, but this does not affect its use. Thank you very much 'Digital Pipeline'.

They weren't ready for me but sat me down, offered me coffee and got my PC ready while I waited. The staff were polite, friendly, accommodating and professional and the item itself was just what was advertised and what I had hoped it would be. All in all, highly recommended. Special mention to the lady who dealt with me, I assume she was the manager and she was wonderful!
