I also did not appreciate the negitive feedback from the seller after informing them of issues with item. Not only am I out the $31.54 for the return shipping charges, but the $20 I had to pay a tech to install it or tell me something wasn't right about the item in question. That is not possible since it came out of my personal vehicle and was working at the time I took it out. So I never opened it. Perhaps it was damaged during shipping, that is possible and I acknowledged that and AGAIN issued a FULL REFUND. Buyer left me negative feedback twice as a reward for my efforts.
