The photos could have been a little more clear in showing the minor cosmetic defects, but I appreciate including photos of the system information pages, like battery health, activation lock status, etc. Overall good seller.

    Works fine now, but cheaply made, wire will probably break very easy.

    It works fine, and sound is good. However, it seems cheaply made, especially the wire which is very thin and delicate. The wire I suspect will be breaking very easily, so not happy about that because the wire is going to be handled quite a bit.

    Great headset, good value!

    These are hard to find. I don't want an earbud in my ear all day while at my desk, so I still prefer this type of headset. Great value.

    Best value for home use

    Plantroniccs M214C has extra amplification to work with cordless phones plus it works well with cell phones. Sound transmits clearly for both parties to a call.
