It's beautiful and I'm so excited to begin using it and exploring all the features of the camera (I got the XM-5). The camera shipped so fast despite it appearing that the shop was on vacation which was so nice, unexpected, and much appreciated. If I ever want another camera I'll for sure check out Rayna's Toyhouse first!

The price is reasonable., quality is 100% legit! 😍 thank you so much seller. The only problem is the delivery man! 2days delayed because he didn’t knock or call me when he delivered it on Saturday, he immediately put a notice on my door, they delivered it on my door without signing anything 🤷🏻♀️

Unfortunately the shipping took almost a week to come from NJ to upstate NY. The camera and lens were wrapped like they were new, as advertised. It came with a US Warranty card and the seller provided a copy of his original purchase receipt of 5 of them for resale. I knowingly paid a little more bc this model camera is new and impossible to find at retail. Camera appears to work as design thx

The wrong 4K steelbook was accidentally shipped but when I contacted the seller he immediately sent my Superman steelbook with a return label so I can send back the other item. I highly recommend this seller! Amazon can learn a thing or two from this guy when it comes to packing and shipping with care! Looking forward to doing business with you again! AAAAA++++++!!!!! :)

It was new, in its box, packaged well, and came with a copy of the original purchase receipt so I could register it. The entire process was smooth, and I’m grateful for the sellers professionalism and honesty.
