Once I opened it some pins were bent, but luckily those weren't necessary. At the price I paid, I can't really ask for much, since it was only $20 for 1tb. Works fine, and reads quickly. I'm not upset overall, but I usually expect more packaging for hard drives

Checked HDD with crystal disk info and it said 33 hours of on time and drive health is good so basically a new drive! Great price and no scratches or dents, I will say packaging could have been a padded box but Mr. Postman must have handled it with care. Definitely doing business with this vendor again! Thank you!

When received found 13 with cracked screens and 2 good screens rather than listing says 9 with cracked screens and 6 good screens. Contacted seller and he quickly agreed his error and refunded half of all costs. Commendable response. So all's well that ends well. Recommend this seller.
