Only issue was the phone arrived with damage to one of the cameras which I believe is due to FedEx. I suggest you switch your delivery carrier they left the phone in the rain and tossed it on our cement porch. I was able to get the camera fixed for $50 so everything worked out.

The phone wouldn’t hold a charge at all — even while plugged in, the battery kept draining. The battery health showed 100%, which was strange given how fast it died. I also struggled to hear callers; the speaker sounded muffled. Because I needed the phone immediately and didn’t have time to return it, I took it to a repair shop. They cleaned the speaker, which helped, but the battery

When I reached out about it, the seller was quick to reply and work on getting it moving again. The package arrived the next day in better than described condition. Great experience with the seller, not so much with FedEx. Would purchase again.

Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!
