It could have been packed better, There was very little protection around the item and the fragile second hand box it arrived in was crushed, so the strength of the item itself is what saved it. I bought it as a non-working computer, which it is. However some parts do work. Amazing given that the PSU got loose and was banging around inside. No interior padding was put in. A little judicious tapping with a hammer fixed the bent PSU mount. four *
