I love the my cup feature that I set to duo shot. Shipping was quick and we are very happy with the machine so far. Almost went to a Smeg machine that was twice as much. Glad I found this one first and asthetically the copper/bronze accent compliment my kitchen well.

Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
