Condition of the older (and heavy) city directory is excellent for its 70+ years and the description and photos helped sell it. I was very excited when I saw it, because it's a book that I left behind at an antique store that I have regretted since. The seller is very friendly and efficient, directory was wrapped very well with bubblewrap. Seller wants to make sure that item arrived in a timely manner.
