I got my order fast the product was excellent and it was a fair price, I am satisfied with both the company and their products and I am glad we did business. Very nice experience. Thanks

Seller quickly acknowledged the error and refunded a portion of the purchase price. The interacton was a positive one, and the resolution a reasonable one. Delivery was several days later than stated, as the item was not located in California (where I am) as stated in the listing. If I recall correctly, it shipped from Kentucky. Item itself (aside from lack of RS-485) is fine. - Thanks!
