There wasn’t a single scratch on the screen and I felt I received excellent value for the money spent. Since I didn’t need two phones, after I reset the new one, I went online and changed my former phone number over to me new phone. It works perfectly and I’d like to add that I’m an 86 year old female and had no difficulty in setting my new phone up. Thank you
