The exploded view does highlight the part when you find out the reference number in the listing. Was supposed to be 2 day postage, a tracking number was issued quickly but was never updated by Auspost because it was invalid, but after over a week and after contacting them they finally shipped the parts. Don’t think I’ll deal with again If I’d have known, $58 for a 100mm long 3/8” hose is outrageous

I decided to ask for it to be replaced and once again they were Very Helpful with Good communication and promptly sent a replacement when I returned the original item. I accept that sometimes things happen, and I’m Very Happy with how well they resolved the situation.
