The item model numbers don’t match up. The pods themselves disconnect constantly. The touch sensors are hyper sensitive. Everything changes without touching it. If you do touch it the clicks are delayed or too fast. Then modes, volume, pause, and play all happen together without touching it. Noise cancel doesn’t work. You have to reconnect to blue tooth over and over again. Awful!
