Printer came in original, sealed box, but was put inside another box that was too big and didn’t have enough padding, so the box arrived in poor condition. Perhaps due to the bad packaging, it arrived with a dislodged scanner, so I had to disassemble the unit and fix it myself before it would work. Overall, an unpleasant experience with this seller and I wouldn’t do business with them again.
