I ordered this item on Oct 14 and till now Oct 29, I have not received the item. I am in Toronto and item location is in Newmarket so it should take maximum 3-5 business days. I contacted the seller but unresponsive, shipped item untracked and no clue when item arrives. Such a waste of time and money. I will wait for eBay to step in and help.

larger then I had originally expected was a bit worried about all the mystery data comments. but when I got the phone I installed no apps and then on looking at the year of the comments complaining about mystery data. do disregard those comments. I'll explain why in 2016 games and apps were rampant at adding a folder into any space they could called "ad's" or something equivalent there is still a few around. but I got an app/game from early 2016 that wasn't updated for some time. and sure enough, the folder popped up. now when you remove the app/game it will not remove the folder it stays that's why when it was restored to factory settings the folder was gone. now into a more critic review. screen size is good. touch screen capabilities is spot on. I highly suggest it if your in an area with little to no reception with older phones. hopefully, this review helps future buyers.

Phone uses extra 1-3 GB of storage for msytery data you can't remove.
It keeps building mystery system data that you can't find, see, or delete for any reason I can find. Clear cache and app data, delete apps all you want, the only way it will give you back your storage space is a factory reset. I put somewhere around 0.9-1.1 GB of apps and data on it within 3 weeks and had less than 0.5 GB of space left on phone. It had accumulated about 3 GB of system data I couldn't remove without rooting and voiding my warranty. Deleted all but 4 of my apps just so it would update the google and moto apps you can't remove from the phone. No longer bothering with an SD card as you can't move many apps to the card even if formatted as internal storage( not the phone's fault). Having a card in the phone just seemed to speed up the mystery data growth. No help from ... It keeps building mystery system data that you can't find, see, or delete for any reason I can find. Utilize the card slot for custom ROMs and root the phone or you won't be able to do much without constant factory resets.

larger than the 2nd generation, great value
This phone is largely as I expected, but larger than I thought it would be. Make sure you get a top-end microSD card because you can add it to internal memory, and it needs to move fast.

Overall this is a great phone. Processor is super fast, picture quality is excellent and it has good battery life. I love the new ability to toggle off app permissions. The only drawback is the mystery data usage in the phone's internal storage--far more data used than anything I've downloaded.. Also needs an easier way to move apps from internal storage to SD card. I actually bought this phone because it accepts SD card and it's a Motorola. Great phone for the price.Overall this is a great phone. I love this phone. It does things quickly and smoothly.
I had a lag when going to my home screen with my old phone, but not anymore. Love the flashlight gesture shortcut. If you don't know what I'm referring to, go find out! Battery life is good if you're not playing too much video all day. After a workday full of average use and browsing, I go home with about 45-50% battery at the end of the day.
