Seller did not respond to my communication attempt when asking about the estimated ship date for the item. In other words. I got good value for my purchase but could have used that purchase a lot sooner. As others have said, this seller is not quick about shipping items after they have sold. Then tracking was not provided, when I messaged the seller about tracking they did not respond. After another week with no package I messaged the seller again and got no response, I contacted support and was refunded 2 days later. Is that package out in the world? Who knows. It feels to me the package was never sent out. As others have said this seller can be extremely unresponsive.
