Two of the items came as shown in the photos, but the third item was incorrect. I had contacted the seller and my issue was swiftly resolved. The albums that came were still in the factory seal as advertised and had all the inclusions. There was a slight tear on one of the albums, but the seller was able to assist me with my issue. They must have been taking about the the cases, because the movies are in perfect condition, not even a finger smudge! Had a tiny mix-up with one disc from a multi-disc movie, but the seller responded within minutes and instantly made it right, which meant zero hassle for me.
