This seller was very patient and transparent with me when it came to shipping times and expectations. My package unfortunately got held up in customs since it was coming from Canada. The seller immediately contacted USPS and said that it if it takes too long, they would send me another one via a different carrier service. The product is as described. Very happy with the purchasing process.
