    Good seller and quick shipping, but I asked to have the boxes plastic wrapped for shipping and they came dirty with stickers all over them and no plastic wrap. My message was ignored or didn’t get relayed to shipping.

    Aside from that this can was exactly what I wanted at a fair price, what really needs praise is how the seller handled a shipping that went sideways. The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

    Must have if you own Toughsystem boxes

    These Dewalt toughsystem storage tool boxes are the best thing Dewalt has made! They are extremely durable. I have really put them through the test. Still use the first one I purchased 5 or 6 years ago. Now I have a little over 20 of them. All different sizes. So this Dewalt Workshop racking system has been a very useful addition to my collection. I have a couple in my shop. They are so convenient. Just unstack them and slide and right into place. It makes my shop a lot neater and organized. They also work well in the back of the van. Both of them right to the side of your van or enclosed trailer and you can slide your boxes right in. You don't have to unstack them all of the time to get to the one on the bottom. Great product need to buy a couple more. Well worth the money.

    Sturdy wall rack for Dewalt boxes.

    Bought this rack for my garage to give me easier access to the individual tool boxes. Boxes are locked in place by spring loaded handles. Lift handles to remove a box. Pros: I have 4 boxes and this rack allows me to access the contents without taking them off the rack. Cons: The arms are made with a captured nut. However, as I was assembling the unit, one of the nuts seized up and spun out. The arm is made of a heavy plastic, but not heavy enough to prevent the nut from spinning. The seized nut prevented me from taking the bolt out. I had to cut side of the arm to remove it from the rack. Fortunately, I only needed 4 sets of rack arms for my boxes and the unit comes with 5.

    DeWalt rack system, I like it

    Supper simple to put together. I looked for a video on YouTube on how to put it together before I even opens the box. No video, I was bummed out the I opted the box and it was so simple
