Contact eBay,only then did I get a reply. They sent a refund and said will send another bulb, other bulb arrived, even worse packaging then first time, bulb even more smashed then first one. Really disappointing experience all-round. The parcel was packaged very well ,excellent service, great seller great communication ,would definitely recommend these people as for the item it’s not for me but judging by the feedback of this I have no doubt it will be fine

They didn’t even bother. Unreliable courier. Got in contact with the seller I received my item the next day through royal 48hr. Highly recommend this seller.
