Your packing was solid, boxed roll made it safely and unscathed! I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but roll looks fine as described. Good overall value as well! I was skeptical about purchasing, but since my mom was from Hamilton, ON., all signs pointed north toward familiarity. Thank you for all your communication, efforts and carefulness!

I texted seller after loss of tracking status - don't know if Trish helped with status, but it arrived without warning this afternoon. Happy arrival! This extinguisher may not be one of a kind, but I've collected fire extinguishers for 25 years & never seen another. It was well described & photographed, packed pretty well (it had some rough treatment, but no damage), & arrived safely. I'm very pleased !
