    Best personal Fan on the market

    Great product hangs around your neck that provides a good amount of air. I have breathing problems, not bad but this helps when i go to the movies and the air is standing still no air movement. It also can cool pretty good. the air flows up only so that you get the full blast of air to your head and neck. love all their products. O2Cool

    Wife happy

    My wife needs a fan that she did not have to carry around, this one works great for her needs away from the house. It very light weight and she loves it, may get a second one for myself.

    Great fan

    Does the job well. The fan blades get dirty then it stops. But it lasts for several months before that happens. Great for hot flashes , worth the money.
