The seller offered me an insulting partial 5.00 refund for an item that wasn't even worth 5.00 total. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST. A complete, misrepresented time suck, falsely advertised adventure into petty customer service. I offered a $5 partial refund, which for a $12.88 item is a reasonable percentage off. He refused that offer and wanted the item for close to nothing. I told him to return the item, which he did not want to do. So, apparently, the item was good enough to keep.
