The seller shipped the item very quickly and packed safely with bubble wrap in the box. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. I will only shop with Goroostr for refurbished tech from now on. Their communication was outstanding, messaging back right away when I had a question. They even informed me of battery cycles which is important with refurbished macs. The Mac air even came with updated Monterey OS and original charger.
