I tried to purchase the same item on Amazon but the product shipped did not match the photo. Important because details of appearance and ingredients should match what the seller sends you. This order was so smooth in terms of delivery time and excellent packaging.

One of the jars was received damaged in shipping (USPS) with the lid being partially opened and the bubble wrap bag with a hole in it. The temperature was 95 degrees and the moisturizer was flowing freely into the bag. I lost about a third of one jar. It was a slippery mess. The seller quickly refunded the one jar and apologized for the mess. A box may have been the better option for shipping. Things happen, how you deal with it is the important part.
