Not only was it a great product and packed perfect, when I ordered my irons later that evening he sent me a message letting me know that the clubs i ordered had been sold a few months back and somehow they had been out back on the site for sale. He offered a great apology and offered a refund or would allow me to pick another item in the amount I paid with and extra 80 dollars over the original amount. That was very unexpected and simply awesome.
