The delivery was fast and was using UPS Delivery which I do prefer out of many couriers and packaged carefully and well. the Description was as described when purchasing the laptop with photos to look through with the specification of the, battery life, operating system, hardware health etc. Value is great! Andy who I spoke to was responsive, professional and helpful! Bonus is the warranty! will highly recommend!
