I would wish they included actual product photos of each device in the lot. There's a crease line on screen protector, but I'm fine with it as it is replaceable. Shipping was pretty fast. They could use a little bit more bubble wrap considering how fragile the device is, but it arrived safely. The device is carrier locked (not unlockable), but incredible value.
