I realize that the seller has no control over the postal service. The hat is a NEW, good quality hat and it was sold at a very good price. Sellers customer service and response time are great. He offered a full refund of the item. He is very understanding and a real gentleman. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Never leave a bad review without contacting the seller first. NEVER stated there was an issue. Never contacted us. Reading her comments, the issue here is USPS, not us. Have shipped numerous hats across all of my stores in the same box and never had a complaint. Would have gladly refunded if she reached out. After I messaged buyer, she stated in message to me she was mad because I didn't offer a pick up option. LOL. She saw the terms of the auction. Never reached out.
