I paid the seller $ 8.00 for the patch, $ 16.28 for the postage & $ 4.84 for the VAT ( which is illegal & should never have been charged ) for a total of $ 29.12 This seller only refunded $14.79 & said to claim the rest from ebay. Ebay have said that the order is closed & is refusing to refund the balance of $ 14.33 which I am still out of pocket. This sucks !!
