This seller has great communication. He answered my questions concerning payment and international shipping very quickly. The only thing I would warn potential buyers about is to be aware of the current tariffs ongoing in the USA. The Dwarf 3 is tariffed by its country of origin (China/ 100% tariff) not the current 25% tariff on Canada.
