I contacted Radley and they sent a replacement in a couple of days which I put on and they work perfectly. The packaging was secure and the boxes were marked fragile trying to keep UPS on their toes. Great customer service and value. I would absolutely do business with them again.NEW GM OEM BLADE- GENERAL MOTORS GMC 19388172 (#305034184818)

I'd strongly suggest that the seller look into using another shipper - it might be worth the effort if stuff starts getting lost.
