Taking the rubber off was a challenge, but it was with the official one too. It's definitely bulky and heavy, but that's what I wanted. The surface was great to put my rokform connector to it and use it on my motorcycle. Came brand new, looks just like the photos same color and everything. For the price, it's hard to beat.
