Shipping was super fast and the packaging was very professional. So much so that when I recieved the package, I actually thought it was something I had been expecting from a major retailer. Seller was friendly and responsive, prices were extremely fair, and everything was just as described, or even better than expected. There was a misunderstanding regarding state of items (partially my own fault, but she was accommodating nonetheless). Items could have been packaged more carefully - which appeared to result in slight damage in transit, but again, seller was very accommodating after the fact.
