They checked the next morning found and shipped the part ASAP it does have a little damage but nothing I can't handle. The forks actually look better than the photos showed and will be usable on my custom solar traveler E-bike project as is without the expected rebuild. Quick shipping too! Thank you seller!

I reached out to the seller and they got back to me very quickly with multiple options on how to resolve the problem, including a full refund. I ultimately opted to just keep the part and make it work, but was very happy with the customer service the seller provided and will definitely be more than happy to use them again.
