The CMOS battery bracket is detached from the board, meaning the laptop won't power on unless it's plugged into power. Then it functions fine. A screw that holds down the motherboard and its threaded insert are ripped out and can't be reattached. The HDMI expansion card is missing the shroud, no a big deal, but looks tacky and wasn't included in pictures or the description.
