They were excellent communicators; they promptly responded to my initial purchase and clearly explained the repair process and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They completed the repair perfectly and on schedule. My instrument cluster is working like new again. Reliable, skilled, and customer-focused. Would recommend.

I was able to pass emissions testing! There is much rejoicing! Only down side is shipping using USPS Priority Mail is taking at least 7 days to get there and 7 days to get back to me. Seems to be a USPS issue because tracking was saying 3 days to them and 3 days back, but it was more like 7 days each way. Other than USPS, the service was perfect!
