Was a little disappointed the SSD was a 2.5" drive and not a M.2 but it works fine. Also a little disappointed the "refurbishing" did not include updating the BIOS firmware which I did after I got it up and running so no big deal. Just makes one wonder what actually gets accomplished in the "refurbishment" process.

Instead I received an i5-8400 which is slightly older and less powerful. The seller apologized and offered a $10 refund which I accepted. The PC needed several critical software updates which were readily available from either Microsoft or Dell. Communication with the seller was prompt and courteous. I would purchase from this seller again despite the incorrect item description.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!
