I have to say that my experience with the seller was outstanding. Mistakes due happen and sellers should be judged on how the respond when they do. In that regard, this seller was a full 5 stars.

Only problem was UPS shipping. They had my item in the storage facility in Sydney but made no attempt to contact me in order to pay the tax owing. They had all my details but no phone calls or no email. I finally phoned them and sorted it right away.

Part of the fault lies with my failing to completely read the item description. I thought I was purchasing a new item when, in fact, the item was being sold for parts. Without giving them sufficient time to reply I gave them a bad review. They have since completely resolved this situation to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in purchasing anything from them in the future. Their customer service is great. Thanks MoveMarine.
