He shipped the unit without any packing peanuts or shipping bubbles. When I got the package it was missing the remote and I told him about it and he said he was going to send the remote when he found it but he never did. I told him I wanted a partial refund but he wouldn't agree to that. After all this I contacted eBay and they said they were going to talk to him about a partial refund and I still haven't gotten anything back.
