I've been partial to Toshiba laptops and chromebooks for many years. They make really good products in Japan. Cars and computers, I love America, but I also love products made in Japan. The price can't be beat. It came with a power cord. It was everything I had been hoping for. I've never had to write so much to leave feedback. Don't think I will be leaving any more feedback.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer.
