Based on designer and illustrator Stefan Bucher's dailymonster.com website, 100 Days of Monsters showcases an array of original ink-blot monster creations accompanied by fun stories. The project began as a creative challenge to create a new monster every day for 100 days. Buchner posted each monster and mini-movie to the web and invited visitors to contribute stories about the monsters. This book/DVD set compiles all the illustrations, selected stories, and mini-movies of the creation of each monster to provide a fun and quirky celebration of illustration, design, creativity and collaboration., Hello. My name is Stefan G. Bucher, and you're looking at a collection of my monsters. For 100 days, I filmed myself putting a few drops of ink on a piece of paper each day and transforming the resulting blot into a new monster. Every night I posted the result on my website dailymonster.com and stood back in wonder as visitors from all over the world told me the amazing stories behind each creature. But I gave them another chance and purchased many maps and books over the past few months and have received all of them. Last year, it was hit and miss. All items were in the condition as described. Packaging is minimal. The only downside is extremely slow shipping. I rate them a C+. Nothing to gloat about but eventually you will get what you wanted.
