There's a history to it - I bought a single cup & saucer before Christmas but sadly the seller found some damage when she started to pack the item. She made a refund &was so apologetic & promised to try to find another for me. Imagine my delight when she contacted me in the new year to let me know she'd located an entire set of 6 and offered them to me. What fantastic service - & how kind to go above & beyond to help.
