The belt snapped in 5 minutes of riding and blew holes in my inner and outer clutch covers. $80+ worth of used parts to fix it later and I'm buying a $100 belt now to ensure this doesn't happen again. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED. THEY'LL OFFER TO SEND YOU ANOTHER TERRIBLE PRODUCT, BUT WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.

So, I got them in a big, big, hurry. I have to give a big shout out to the US Post Office "Priority Mail" service, this seller's shipper of choice. This came in 2 (!!) days. from CA to PA. (I've had similar results with other "Priority" packages from CA as well). The only way this can happen, is if USPS is flying Priority in non-stops across the country. I will say that when I was

They were flawless in communication, and correcting the issue. Delivery time was the best I have ever experienced.
