Seller was extremely helpful and communicative ultimately completing a complete refund very quickly once it was apparent the post office had lost it. Disappointing not to get the book but very professional eBay seller. I would definitely buy again as the fault was not the seller. Highly recommended. But it was another copy of the same book/publication, and the condition matched the listing description.
