We had some issues on the shipping carrier service as DHL gave poor tracking updates and did not give Canada Post a new tracking number so we had no idea where it was, but none of that was the sellers fault. He was quick to answer every email I sent and compassionate to the situation. In the end I got the game and I am very happy. Good seller 100% great service
