When informed they said ‘sorry - we don’t have an 15 inch just now but will source one/send it out soon as we do’. They did just that: 1. Sent me a 15 inch free of charge 2. Returned funds for the 16 inch sent in error 3. Told me to keep the wheel sent in error so I’d not be bothered by sending it back i.e. this company’s customer service is exceptional/2nd to none.
