I contacted the seller and a reasonable solution was quickly agreed upon. The seller refunded the cost of buying a replacement adaptor plug. I didn’t have to argue, or box things up and face the hassle of mailing it back etc. I was very pleased with the outcome. This seller is great! I highly recommend using this seller.
